These highly efficient instrument has a switchable Optics between far field (long distance) at a distance of 1.2 metres from the object, the measurement point diameter is only 16 mm. and close focus (very small) upto 1 mm from a distance of 70 mm. A cross laser marks the measurement point exactly in the area that you are measuring. The instrument has an inbuilt memory for long term trending and this can also be read out on a PC online by mounting the instrument on a tripod. In addition to the same the instrument can also be connected with a contact type of thermocouple as a single solution for contact and Non- contact measurement.
